When will I get my order?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–6 working days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer. To request a return, please email us at info@heiiist.com with details of the issue and clear photos.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Send us an email within 48 hours with photos of the issue and we’ll sort it quickly.
What materials are your pieces made from?
All HEIIIST jewellery is made from high-quality stainless steel. Our gold pieces are crafted with 18k gold plating over stainless steel for long-lasting colour and durability.
Is HEIIIST jewellery water resistant?
Yes. Every piece is water-resistant and designed for real life — showers, rain, daily wear. Just avoid harsh chemicals to keep the shine.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
No. Stainless steel is naturally tarnish-free, and our 18k gold-plated pieces are built to hold their colour with proper care.
